Corporal Timothy D. LewisCorporal Timothy D Lewis was born in Frankfort, Kentucky. After completing Marine Corp Basic training in Paris Island, South Carolina he was
assigned to Combat Logistic Regiment 37, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III
Marine Expeditionary Force in Okinawa, Japan.

Corporal  Lewis died February 15, 2007 as a result of non hostile action in Jolo, Philippines. Corporal  Lewis’ awards include the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Sea Service Deployment ribbon.
